Dashboard Terms of Service

These Dashboard Terms of Service ("Portal Terms") govern access to and use of NovraScale One at one.novrascale.com (the "Portal"), provided by NovraScale LLC ("NovraScale," "we," "us," or "our") to its clients ("Client," "you," or "your").

Portal access is provided as part of an active NovraScale engagement and is governed alongside the master Terms of Service for that engagement ("Master Terms"). These Portal Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Master Terms. Where the Master Terms govern the commercial relationship — fees, intellectual property, liability, and termination — they control. Where a matter is specific to using the Portal itself, these Portal Terms control. By signing in, you agree to both.

1. What the Portal Is

The Portal is an invite-only web application that aggregates data about your own website and marketing systems — traffic, leads, content, uptime, and search performance — pulled from the underlying tools NovraScale operates on your behalf (analytics platforms, hosting, uptime monitoring, and lead capture). It gives you one login to see the work behind your site, rather than a source of truth in its own right.

2. Accounts & Access

The Portal is invite-only. There is no public sign-up. NovraScale provisions one organization per client engagement; you may add individual named users under it (e.g. owners, staff) with roles that control what each user can see and do.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify NovraScale immediately at security@novrascale.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with anyone outside your own authorized staff
• Attempt to access another client's organization or data, or probe, test, or circumvent the Portal's tenant isolation
• Scrape, bulk-export, or programmatically access the Portal outside of features NovraScale explicitly provides for that purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Portal's underlying source code
• Use the Portal to store or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) — see Section 6

NovraScale may suspend access for a material violation of this section.

4. Ownership of Your Data

Consistent with Section 8 (Client Ownership) of the Master Terms, you own your business data displayed in the Portal — your analytics, your leads, your content, and your site's performance history. NovraScale's role with respect to that data is to process and display it on your behalf; the underlying systems (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, your hosting logs) remain the source of record.

5. Third-Party Data Sources

The Portal displays data sourced from third-party systems NovraScale operates on your behalf, including Google Analytics and Search Console, hosting and uptime monitoring, and email delivery infrastructure. NovraScale is not responsible for outages, delays, or inaccuracies that originate in those third-party systems rather than in the Portal itself.

6. No Handling of Protected Health Information

If your business is a healthcare or health-adjacent operator, do not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) into any Portal field, including the Requests or notes features. The Portal is not designed or intended to store or transmit PHI, consistent with Section 11 of the Master Terms.

7. Availability

NovraScale operates the Portal on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific uptime service level unless separately agreed in writing. We will communicate scheduled maintenance windows when practicable.

8. Suspension & Termination of Access

NovraScale may suspend Portal access for non-payment under the Master Terms, a suspected security compromise, or a material violation of Section 3 (Acceptable Use). Portal access ends when the underlying engagement ends. Your data export rights on termination are governed by Section 8 of the Master Terms, including the 30-day transition assistance window described in Section 7 of the Master Terms.

9. Confidentiality

NovraScale treats data displayed in the Portal as confidential and accesses it only as needed to operate, support, and troubleshoot the Portal, consistent with Section 10 of the Master Terms.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

Except as expressly stated, the Portal is provided "as is" and "as available." NovraScale's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Portal is governed by, and subject to the same limitation as, Section 14 of the Master Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Portal Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Portal Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Portal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and are subject to the same venue and arbitration provisions (Sections 17–18) as the Master Terms.
